Ford Kuga 2014 - Loss of sound radio and parking sensors - rwilson

Hi all

My radio has suddenly decided to emit no sound. Have also realised parking sensors are also not audible. I’m guessing the two are related as I know the sound often drops on the radio when the parking sensors kick in. Any help on how to rectify this would be greatly appreciated. I still have sound from Bluetooth phone calls etc to know it’s not a speaker problem. Many thanks

As a first step , I would try disconnecting the car battery for 5 mins , to reboot the audio system .
