N/A - Calling the DVLA - RaineMan

Over the past four days I must have tried to ring the DVLA a hundred times only to get the busy tone or be told to ring back another day. How are you meant to ring them? Considering my the many hundreds I pay them the level of service is totally unacceptable!

Have they got a Live Chat function, where you can request a call back?
I can imagine they’ve still got staff furloughed or working from home.

They're hobbled by trying to be a covid safe workplace.

RaineMan, I don't know what your enquiry is but I have had no difficulty using the DVLA services online. Most things can be dealt with via that medium. If you really need to speak to someone I don't know what to suggest. Maybe a recorded delivery letter, 1st class, would elicit a response. Especially if you politely requested contact by mobile or landline or even e mail if you wish. I know it is frustrating when you feel you need to speak to someone so good luck.

Cheers Concrete
