Today, took my Toyota to local dealership to check an engine problem.
During Covid19, the dealership hasbeen sending me updates of how well they are protecting their staff and customers. So I walked into the showroom, kitted out with mask and gloves. The receptionist was stood at a little desk with no plastic shielding and no PPE whatsoever.
The person from the service department was, correctly, stood behind a plastic shield and even asked me to use a new pen when I signed for the work.
So if for some reason I was to get symptoms, at least I could tell "track and trace" the possible origin!!
