Sorento - Center console issue - Willie Osgood

2014 Kia Sorento. Center console has gone out but I still get one satellite radio station (which I cant change) and the bluetooth still works. Anyone seen something like this before ? I have checked the fuses and all that are either console-related or non-specified look fine. Guessing this could be due to the back up camera but looking for direction before going down the wrong path.

Plus, Willie is from the US and the Sorento over there could well be a different model to ours.
