Where you get it from I've no idea - if you've been in France for any length of time you will know how difficult it is to get specialist items like this. - Try amazon.fr, wemoto. Norauto etc.
France too, huh?
Given what you say above, I'd be very tempted to get some superglue, baking soda, some plastic junk, and a hammer, and do some testing.
At worst you are out a very few Euro and have bits of a 1:72 scale Dassault Mirage stuck to you.
But that's just me.
This guy tapes the showface and reinforces the back face with a bead of powder. IF it works, that's A lot less trouble than the V and fill shown in the Plastifix vid . which will require A LOT of cosmetic fettling..

A compromise might be to tape the showface and v-and-fill the back of the crack, IF its necessary for strength
I'm wondering if any fine powder would do, and if something fibrous (say tissue paper, fabric, or glass fibres) would be stronger.
If the powder is simply acting as an inert support and reinforcement, I'd think diatomaceous earth or talc might have possibilities. The former can be very spiky, so should key well, though it'll likely absorb a lot of glue.
