However, I would never tell Avant how to do a job that he's been doing excellently for a long while now, nor pressurise him into a certain course of action.

That doesn't stop me from making an appeal to him, on the basis that many of us (I believe) are heartily sick of this obnoxious individual and the endless cycling of his behaviour through rants, whining and insincere apologies.

If he were gone the forum would be a much more pleasant place.

ORB, don't go. Simply ignore anything a person posts that annoys you or you have no interest in.
