In this clip the whole thing is unreal, but towards the end the attitude of the woman driver ( this is not unique to women ) is truely unreal, esp considering she is totally in the wrong.

Also consider this, the rotation of the victims car tells me she was also speeding.

But just to play devils advocate, I wonder how much more he might have noticed if he had not been listening to the radio, and had it so high, is it possible he would have heard the car and at the very least braced himself for the impact, or been able to do something.

When I have taught people to drive, I drill into them to be proactive in spotting trouble before it becomes a problem.

Ps I doubt I could have avoided this either.

If by "victim" you mean the driver of the car whose dashcam filmed the clip, then the speed is shown at the point of impact as 20 mph. Or did you not notice this?

He's a 'professional' driver so am sure he will have noticed! LOL

I meant the speed of the driver that hit him !! Which is why I said that the other car could not have been doing the speed limit, this is based on the movement of the victim after it was hit.

To Clarify :

Victim : is the dashcam driver

Offender : The woman who hit him, and then blamed him for damaging her car.
