Hmm - I see that contains:-
"Be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person"
Spoilsports!
I'm surprised that half the threads haven't been deleted by now if grounds for removal are 'annoyance'. Any political commentary would, I'm sure, annoy many of us from every political colour. Some times we may be embarrassed if an argument we make is found to be incorrect or, in some cases, untruthful and/or part of an agenda or propaganda. Politics is like that - people make statements that frankly tick off those on the other side.
Sometimes things indeed go too far or people deliberately target others for abuse (trolling/flaming) and deservedly get suspended or banned, but that is very different from people getting a bit exercised by someone taking a contrary view or vehemently disagreeing.
Sometimes people do need to be called out if something they say is either factually wrong or deliberately misleading. That this person 'takes offence' at being shown up (not the same as trolling) for such things should, in my view, not be grounds for them to be suspended or worse. The light of truth is far better than the blunt instrument of the delete button.
IMHO, that's the way many millennial snowflakes and other activists try to stifle genuine debate by constantly trying to 'cancel' people by continually 'being offended' and mass reporting them to moderators or, in the case of social media platforms, top bosses to bully them into banning such people, when only a tiny minority of (very vocal) extremist activists are at work.
