Sorry Peter - the link has to go. If it showed simply the dealer's website and its response, that would have been fine: but the customer has overwritten it (and in doing so weakened her case as well as lashing out at the dealer).
We have to play very safe on a public forum like this, and not take the risk of the dealer thinking we were after giving them adverse publicity.
And as GB says, the customer is at least partly to blame for choosing the wrong car for her needs. If you are going to spend a lot of money on anything - not just a car - common sense suggests that you should do a bit of research first to make sure it matches your requirements.
(Edit - I'm slightly curious, Peter, as to why your Email address has the name of the dealer in it!)
