Sorry to hear of the problems you're having with your new car.

You might get a better response here, if you can tell us the issue with the clutch.

i.e. is the clutch pedal on the floor and not spring back up? Is the clutch fully engaged and won't disengage? Is the clutch fully disengaged and won't engage? Is the brake/ clutch fluid reservoir full? Has the brake/ clutch fluid been leaking?

Don't think Seat or VAG group vehicles (with manual gearboxes) generally have issues with clutches.
