Weight loss is incredibly simple.
You simply burn more calories daily than you stuff in your face. Its as simple as that...period
So how many calories do you burn per day?
Me personally around 4500-5000. Intake obviously roughly the same now since mid 1990's but prior to that had it around 3000 so was roughly loosing 1500 calories of weight a day
Its very very easy to burn calories and you can do in your front room. In short you need some dumbells (I genuinely am not trying to dumb this down lol) but you need to be using them in both arms 3 to 4 times a day. I do around 60 curls from each arm at same time with about 13kg on each side.
You'll feel the burn no real need to count. Probably for the first month you'll see little progress and than you'll see the weight loss will kick in quickly
Lifting weights will burn huge amounts of calories but you dont need gyms to achieve weight loss. I actually have a stationary bike as well which I use 20 minutes a day
