Yes it does but it is not activated when the high idle hapens.
Everything that might get the idle high is turned off. The car is a basic model and has only AC, no fog lights, no electric windows and mirrors, no heated windshield, no heated seats.
It does however have a webasto sistem wich is ecu activated and can only be heard working during the cold season. Also checked that for errors and could only find the tank low level error wich i've heard is something that apears when the auxiliary heater is activated but detects fuel tank in the red line and deactivates as to not use fuel and leave you stranded.
I highly daught that the webasto sistem has anything to do with this problem since the high idle is "older" than the webasto. From a past post of mine you can see that I was seeking help with the webasto sistem. My car was heating up realy slow during the cold season and just thaught it was a big car and heat generated by the engine was just simply not enought to heat up the car, until i had a coil spring changed and found out it has aux heater by standard just because it is a big car and designed to heat up even on short trips. Eventualy I found out that a jackass of a mechanic blew up some fuses and insted of replacing them he took the ones that suplied the aux heater. The ones that got blown werent even repleced with the same amp fuse.
I've checked and when the aux. heater starts working idle jumps to 1000. The high idle is something older than the working of the heater. The car is 12 yerars old and the aux heater was not working for at least 5 untill this winter, i think february. High idle started to happen since lest year and got more frequent
