Another film title escapes me! - Henry the 9th

This more recent film features a character who has committed a crime for which the USA police are trying to track him down. He changes his disguise on several occasions so as to avoid them, including on one occasion being dressed as an airline pilot surrounded by hostesses. Eventually he is caught and ends-up working for the police because he is so good at recognising fake dollar notes.
