MINI Cooper Clubman 2008 - Intermittent Radio/CD/Warning chimes function - exlkrs

Intermittent Electrical gremlin. Radio functions intermittently, warning chimes also,LCD display sometimes only half screen. CD plays, but will not eject. Sometimes is on in the morning having come back to life! Any suggestions??

I think I would start by getting the battery tested.

Voltmeter shows 12.1v

Voltage at the battery terminals is not an accurate test for its condition. Find a workshop with a battery conductance tester that will measure the actual Cca value against the specs on the label.
