VW Eos TDI Sport 2.0l 2010 - Eos Bluetooth Issue - RyNorfolk

I cant connect to the bluetooth. I have a RCD 310 radio and Bluetooth is selected 'on'. In the MFD Menu there is no option for 'phone'. I have tried clicking the factory resets in the MFD menu. I've read about having to unpair the existing phone and people saying you need to connect with the existing phone to get the 'phone' option to appear in the menu. I've seen videos showing people disconnecting the bluetooth module to reset it. All the vids show different VW models having the module under the passenger seat. Mine's not there and I cant find it. Anyone got any ideas?

Thanks in advance

You may have the option for selecting Bluetooth, but the module may not be fitted. Even if it is fitted, it may have been disconnected because of problems with it (not unknown on these). You will not be able to see the bt controller ,as it sits under the carpet ,below passenger seat. The seat needs to be removed for access.

Thank you doctor, I hadn't thought of that. Car was sold with bluetooth, so I'll go back to them
