Vauxhall Corsa - Radio display Blank - Vixy

Hi, my radio display on 08 plate Corsa has gone black, radio still working though i noticed radio stayed on when I took key out and I had to switch off manually which isnt the norm.

Any ideas?

If you get up close to the display, shine a torch on the front, can you see any digits? If you can, then it may be the backlight illumination bulbs have failed.

No cant see any. Usually the radio switches off when i take keys out but now i have to switch off manually

I would try disconnecting the battery for 5 mins . This may reboot the radio/ display system. Worth a try.
