Focus Mk2 5 door hatch 08 1.8 - Rear Shock abosorber - DieselMan1966

Hi all, a friend Focus mk2 has developed a knocking noise from the rear passenger side shock absorber after hitting a pot hole. The bottom mount seems ok but the top seem to be slack to the point that you can move the shocker

Could this have damaged the top mount bush, and how easy are they to change
