If yours needs doing suggest you get a ball park quote from one of the specialist fast fit chains..note i haven't used one but my late father was very badly treated at a well know one years ago, take from that what you will.
Then ask around trusted indy garages for an all in quote, but make sure you are comparing apples with applies, ie complete clutch assembly (we assume new flywheel not required) of a good make such as LUK, also ask the main dealer you never know, then you decide who does the job when the time comes.
For example, Toyota dealer wanted £700+ to supply and fit new clutch to family Aygo, we got it done at an indy we use regularly for £280 all inc with LUK parts.
Some cars are expensive to reclutch anyway, Honda Civic wasn't cheap, and more complicated AWD vehicles will be more labour intensive and much heavier.
