Vauxhall Vivaro - vauxhall vivaro 2009 2.0l cdti engine number - Treetrees

Hi i have been too look at a 2009 Vauxhall vivaro 2.0l cdti , lower powered version and I am a bit confused on whether it is chain driven or not . where do I look for some sort of confirmation ?Its not the 115 version as far as I know , also is there anything I should particularly look at ?. Many thanks in advanced

All 2.0 cdti models are chain drive. That's not to say they are any better than the 1.9 belt version. Also check gearbox . The 6 speed variant is very weak ,with common faults of noise and gear selection.
