Looks like the A11 at Attleborough.

Can't understand where the van ended up though. As the car with dashcam re-joins the dual carriageway having gone round the roundabout, the van seems to have disappeared.

You have to wait for several other clips to play before you see the dashcam car exit the roundabout.

I’ve witnessed similar over the last 20 years as have others I’m sure. Watch Russian dash cam videos on YouTube if you want to see that our driving standards are actually quite good, despite the turnip heads in the police video.
