That would depend on the make,

As pretty much all vehicles use ABS then there's a function in the diagnostics that simply runs the ABS pump so one just has to slacken any bleed nipple and let the fluid out.

Quick clean and a one man job.though it helps if the fluid top up tank is checked and full.

Last one I used this on was Peugeot using Diagbox.

So If the car was a Peug and in the dealers and the tech new what they were doing............
