Hi, the airbag warning light has appeared on my dash. Does anyone have any idea what would cause the warning light to come on?

The airbag control module continuously monitors the system components. Any defect detected will illuminate the warning light. The fault could be anywhere.The only real way forward is to interrogate the system via the diagnostic Obd socket.
