I’ve just purchased a used Audi Q5 from a car supermarket. In the Auto Trader advert it stated that it had Bluetooth interface, DAB and Bang & Olufsen speakers - none of which it has. In contacting the salesman he said he has forwarded it on to their customer services department. I’ve chased 3 times now and had no contact by the customer services rep. Where do I stand with my rights??
