Hi can anyone help with my heater problems heater eather blows hot or cold nothing inbetween tried a reset still the same

Is the problem the same on both the driver and passenger side.?Do the other functions of the heater work; up /down/ face vents?

Hi yes same on both side also when I put it on auto still red hot all vents working correctly I've done a reset and it completes in about 10 seconds
