We need the radio serial number to even say whether or not we can help.
We can help you if you have a serial number in the format M + six or seven digits. You need to get the radio at least partly out to see the s/n somewhere on the case.

I'm afraid there is no decoder available for V serial numbers. A few places on Ebay will supply the number for a fee. Regards Peter
