Ford Focus Estate 2008 1.6tdci - ENGINGE MALFUNCTION- NO FAULT CODE - 3uga

Hi!

Recently fixed all the major problems with my ford, Dpf, Additive module, Turbo charger, Controll valve for tubo(overboost situatoion), and EGR circuit low wich was given by Blocked Intercooler by-pass valves.
I still have a problem that seems to be coming form nowhere. The Engine Malfunction warning seems to be coming on every time I start the car. I use the car daily and for a week singe I've eliminated the major problems, I keep getting this message without any code stored. Heard rumors that it might be the glowplugs, but since their not that accesible and will check them sooner or later, I was wondering if this might be a problem form something else.
Thank You !

Light only comes on if there's a fault,

my question is what are you using to scan it?

And as to glow plugs they may or may not be faulty but for strting purposes they're pretty much never on on modern Hdi engines,

Unless it's minus 20 or so.

So again what make/model/system are you using to diagnos this?

I'm using an elm 327, but recently, my car got tested on a delphi 2014.
On both scaning tools had EGR circuit A low range performance, but what my elm couldnt see was the Intercooler bypass valve bank 2 was stuck open wich was the reason for my EGR error. Ifixed that, and no erros are listed anymore.
