Remove radio (6006 cdc) to do some wiring, when I refitted I could'nt input code, it came up CODE_ _ _ _ but no buttons worked to input code.

Checked online others have had same problem advice given was to disconnet for an hour and retry if that did'nt work radio naff and to buy a new one.

Luckily I had one more look at the radio before spending £80 on a second hand unit from ebay.

I noticed the CD & PHONE BUTTONS were stuck down, the removal keys run across them and must have damage the buttons. After freeing buttons refitted radio and imput code all working fine.

Hope this may help someone and save them buying a new radio.
