Vauxhall Meriva 2011 17 Cdti.

Purchased one of these at the price of £11,000 in May 2013,at the mielage of 13,000 miles.

Within 5 days found DPF blocked.

One month after purchase,were told by Vauxhall dealer that the promised,and paid for service,had not been done.

Major oil leak,within 12 months from purchase,from split sump plug.

Last october-2015- mileage at 45,000 Gearbox noisy.Took to dealer-no problem found.

Last december,noise was much worse. As we drove it off the drive,to get it checked,the Power Steering completely failed.

After 7 weeks of wrangling with Vauxhall,eventually given a reconditioned repair. They als ooffered to do Power Steering with non vauxhall parts. We took it elsewhere and got it done.All ok.

One month later,diesel leak,from filter under tank.

Four months later,whilst on hols,Power Steering went again.

Took to different vauxhall dealer and fixed.

One week later,awful noise coming from engine. Found out the engine mounting bolt had not been secured properly.

Fuel gauge failure followed.

Finally got shot of it and have a super little Honda Jazz..
