vito 110 Cdi 1999 - Vito wont start after adding fuel cleaner - Chrisonabike

I overdosed on fuel cleaner to clean up my emissions for mot test. Ran ok for a while. Started leaking fuel at No1 injector while I was doing other jobs for test.

drove about 4 miles in traffic and stopped for 15 minutes and would not restart.

Could it be o ring seals on pump? How do I test this?

How can I prove the fault?
