Initially it was the code for the camshaft sensor so I replaced this it was a little while later when it gave me another fault code this time for the crankshaft sensor.

I have seen a sensor of some sort which I have taken a photo of it is the only thing I can see on the gearbox bellhousing withh 2 wires going into it, the oly other item i can see attached to the bell housing is the earth strap.

It's been a while since I've done a 1.9 so this is from memory.....

but it doesn't fit on the g/box,

rather it fits through the engine case and projects through this into the flywheel.

And I seriously doubt you could get a photo of it in situ.

guessing you've snapped one of the reverse switch.

It's round the back of the block,just above where the off side drive shaft exit the G/box,

single 10 hex holding it in.

Oh and it's a 3 wire multi plug on the end.

Kind off the "caramc" coloured.
