VW High Up - seized brakes - Rossroad

Our VW Up has seized whilst parked on drive for only 2 days. It has only done 10.5 k miles. Any solutions?

Is it the handbrake that had seized or the main brakes? How old is the car?

Try driving it forward or backward to try release the brakes did you wash it before it sat still?

If rocking backwards and forwards won't shift it, might need to remove the wheels and give the brake drums a few sharp taps around with a hammer.
