Toyota Hiace, not sure you'll find the seating arangement you want unless prepared to consider a grey import (might not be called Hiace) or a minibus and remove the rear seats yourself.

ebay 111988265407 just to give you one to have a gander at

You want the turbo engine, NA version will be pitifully slow.

Have a look at the Peugeot Expert Teepee. They are very popular as minicabs so must be reasonably reliable and almost as big as a crew cab Transit or Vivaro.

As the Peugeot is marketed as a car it will have better rust protection, though even in van form I think is is one of the better ones for this. The problem you'll get with crew cab vans in general rather than van derived cars is they are designed for about 5 years of heavy use, rather than the 10 years or so with lower mileage on a car.

The other reason to get a van derived car is that you won't be limited to the lower speed limits which apply to commercial vehicles, which you are on a crew cab van or pickup.
