You can try pressing Buttons #1 and #6 together then scolling through the various numbers that appear until you come to the Radio Serial Number. Sometimes #2 and #6 works instead (or #2 and #5)

If you don't have any success with that method then you need to obtain a set of radio removal tools and just pull the radio out from the dashboard a couple of inches. You will then be able to read the serial number from the label stuck to the outer casing of the radio.

If the serial number begins with an "M" you can use the following link to work out what your Keycode should be:

Sorry, I can't do Keycodes for "V" Ford car radios, only "M" ones.

You will need to go to a Ford main dealer or, considerably cheaper, there are sellers on Ebay who claim they can supply them for a small fee. That's what I did myself when I needed a "V" serial number Keycode for a relatives car a few years ago. Didn't have any problems and it only cost a couple of pounds.
