You can try pressing Buttons #1 and #6 together then scolling through the various numbers that appear until you come to the Radio Serial Number. Sometimes #2 and #6 works instead (or #2 and #5)
If you don't have any success with that method then you need to obtain a set of radio removal tools and just pull the radio out from the dashboard a couple of inches. You will then be able to read the serial number from the label stuck to the outer casing of the radio.
