The injector four has gone on my Ford Fiesta Zetec 2004. My Mechanic can put a new part in but wouldn't be delivered for a week or a local supplier has a second hand complete rail ready to go. The new part is actually a tad cheaper but it's only one injector (but that's all that needs replacing)

My quetsions is- what has been your experience of using second hand car parts? I know it depends on the age, millage of the car they came from etc etc Should I hold out for the new part or take a risk with the used?
