Hi got a summons through for having my front wheels about a foot over the white line, even thought i it i bit harsh i filled the form in, i had the summons through for a speed awarness course confused. Can i now fight the summons.
You do not get a summons for a SAC. Please clarify. Regards Peter
Generally the place to fight a summons, once issued, is at the Court mentioned at the time date and place stipulated.
Post does not make it clear what is involved.
Consider having a word with the Magistrates Court Office that issued the summons.
