Hi All

i'm looking at this car and just wondered what everyone thought

the reason i ask this is i've read some great reports from owners on AutoTrader and the car rated 4.7/5

Any thing i should look out for when test driving the car...

Any issues with the gear box?

I would take such reviews with a pinch of salt, who know who post the reviews? Their many good reviewers that will highlight good/bad points of any car i.e. hostnest john which looks to be a well balanced review.

Car issues wise the VW Timing Chains between 2008 to 2013 and Misfires are another due to coil packs.

The coil packs over heat and melt. You will have to check the date range for this issue, but basically a modification should have been installed to prevent the problem.
