New Law re Dogs (Four legged ones) - Dwight Van Driver

Whilst not strictly motoring attention drawn to the other 'dog' - not a banger but your four legged friend.

As from 6th April 2016 it will be an OFFENCE to own a dog other than a working dog or over 8 weeks of age that has not been chipped.
