The future of BMW - or the past? - Avant

Just received today (4 March) an E-mail headed 'The Future of BMW'. The message runs:


"This year, we’re celebrating the centenary of BMW Group.

To mark the occasion, we will be sharing our vision for the next 100 years.

The future of driving will be revealed.

Monday 7 January.

2pm UK time.

Live from Munich."

(7 January wasn't even a Monday, although 7 March is. So much for BMW quality control....)

I heard (from a reliable source in the Pub) VW (VAG- Audi,Seat,Skoda et al) had a similar theme on a message but dated 1st April.
