Bought a PHEV from VW main dealer on the 8th, car had been on charge since the Saturday but despite it being Monday had not charged at all which I was notified of after signing all the paperwork.
Dealer has admitted all of the above by email.

Took the car home (250miles)to discover it hadn't charged because it was broken, took to the local dealership who had no joy fixing it. I emailed the dealership declaring my rejection which they verbally accepted, car was fixed another day or two after verbally accepting my rejection and now it is fixed they are refusing to accept rejection of the car.

How do I go above their head under the short term right to reject laws? Car was broken prior to collection which they admit and car was rejection before repair.
