my bmw 116i showed low level oil i changed and put 5ltrs but i drive 5kms it reads low oil again,but it is not leaking,how many litres are enough for it

It will not take much (if any) more than 5 litres from empty. If you put 5 litres in a partly filled engine it will now be overfilled.

Have you checked the actual dipstick?

If in doubt go to a garage before you potentially damage the engine and emmission systems.

1bmw series uses comuterised gauge systems no dip stick.

i empted the whole oil in it and put brand new oil.

when i checked chart it should be 4,25ltrs

It's always possible that the sensor has failed.
