Me and my partner booked a car online through booking buddy, when we went to pick it up today we was refused.

When filling in online we put my details in for the driver and my partners for the credit card with her card details to which it excepted.

Today we was told that we couldn't have one as the card has to be in the drivers name, but we would also be charged for the rental at a cost of £152.88 because it is now after the pick up time.

We arrived before pick up time and after the lady finished dealing with the customer already in there, she then attended to us.

I was told that it was in there T&C that it had to be in my name, ok i didn't see it but if thats what it says i can't argue, but my problem is the fact they still want to charge us for the hire of it even though we are not allowed to hire it.

So any help on where we stand would be appreciated.
