Ford Mondeo - Ford Mondeo - mondeo radio - Desh

Help anyone! I changed battery of my ford mondeo and have no idea what the code is as I bought the car 3rd hand a few years ago. I tried removing the radio so I can get the serial number but it stuck even the guys at Halfords couldnt pull it out. can I get the code using the reg# and chasis#?

Yes, your local Ford Main Dealer probably can, but do be prepared to pay ~£30 for the service!

Would be much easier if you could obtain the radio serial number. Try turning the radio on and pushing buttons #2 and #6 together. Sometimes #2 and #5 works, instead.

Thanks for your respones. I tried usind the buttons above and it didnt work but when i tried buttons 1 and 6, it flashed the following three different codes

1. MGPDJ5

2. 07-02-00

3. 4-09

is the first one the radio code?
