My Ford fiesta 2006 airconditioning has a problem if i turned it to max cold it blows a hot air. What could be the problem?

Its probably either the electric valve under the bonnet that controls the water flow or the knob on the dash that controls the valve. Had it happen twice in the past, once it stuck blowing cold in wither and then blowing hot in summer. Valve easy to replace, 2 (or 3?) pipe clips and a connector plus coolant to top up. Dash control I understand is more difficult.

No heater valve on an 06 model.possibly a fault with the air mix flap mechanism adrift
