How can I protect my car from keyless entry theft?

How can vehicles be secured against keyless entry theft?

An extra security device like a steering lock is a good deterrent. You can also get a device called a Faraday pouch, which blocks the output signal from your key, so it can't be picked up by potential thieves.

Does keyless entry theft only apply to cars with a push start button, or all cars that are opened with a key fob? I would like to be clear so that we can take appropriate security action.
I've read more and more about the 'relay' method for car theft. Are all cars potentially a target, or only those which have keyless entry?
