Which car offers a wide opening door, comfortable seating and space for a wheelchair?

I am in the process of buying a new car. Three years ago you recommended in the Telegraph the Ford C-Max and Honda Jazz. What's on the market now? Because of back and leg problems I need a car with a wide opening door, a fairly high and comfortable seat and a boot that could take a wheelchair quite easily. It would need to be an automatic and as economical as possible to run.

Probably a Suzuki Splash 1.2 auto. Upright front seats and fast folding rear seats to get things like wheelchairs in. You'll have to wait until 2011 for a proper automatic Jazz.
