What does the endorsement code MS60 mean?
I was recently stopped in Bodelwyddan, North Wales by a Police Traffic Officer in an unmarked car, having foolishly held a map in my left hand while looking for a turning (all be it, at low speed). I was issued with a ticket "Not having proper control of Motor Vehicle", promptly paid a £60 fine and my licence was endorsed with the code MS60. I am not sure what this code is (presumably miscellaneous) - can you explain please?

Yes, just looked it up: Miscellaneous. The other MSs mean different things.
