It depends on what features you want. If you just need to record footage, without GPS location or speed tracking, then you can get a decent camera for between £50 and £100. For that price, an Anker Roav is a good buy, as is an Aukey dash camera. At £100 plus, a Nextbase 412GW has impressive image quality and GPS.
