I was charged a diagnostic fee after being told I wouldn't be - any suggestions?
I booked my car in for aircon failure and was told the diagnostic fee wouldn't be charged if work was done. I had work done (for £840) and find the diagnostic fee was charged after all. The phone recording cannot be found to prove my claim. Any suggestions?

Tell them that if they don't refund the diagnostic fee you will take the matter to Small Claims: www.gov.uk/make-court-claim-for-money/overview
