My Vauxhall Vectra 2.0-litre diesel has produced some fault codes - what do they mean?

I've got a problem with my 1997 Vauxhall Vectra 2-litre diesel R-reg. I was driving it, then the management light came on and the car cut out. The AA come out and gave me fault codes P1220N , P1535P and P1635N. Can anyone help?
