What's happening to my Volvo V70's paintwork?

After rain, when drying, semi circular deposits are left behind and eat into my Volvo V70's paintwork. I don't know the cause or the necessary restorative treatment. Deep pits are left behind. This has also happened to my other two cars, on one of which the bonnet and boot had to be resprayed. I live next to fields but I have ruled out agricultural activities, and there are ash and horse chestnut trees in the garden.

You need to protect the paint with a product such as Autoglym High Definition Wax, or Autogylm Extra Gloss Protection.
